Wellness Centre

Our design team was engaged by Charter Hall to create a holistic wellness centre in its Perth CBD precinct that prioritises both physical and mental wellbeing of its tenants. Our vision was to blend functionality with tranquillity, creating a retreat-inspired experience that provides a moment of respite from the demands of the workplace.

At the heart the architectural concept was a central fitness area, which was designed as a serene, light-filled space offering flexible configurations to cater to various wellness activities, including reformer, yoga, and mat-based classes. Balancing the physical focus is a dedicated meditation room, designed to support mental wellbeing, and a private sauna, offering a restorative space for relaxation and rejuvenation.

Throughout, the centre features a thoughtfully curated palette of soft, tactile textures and natural materials to promote a calming atmosphere throughout the spaces. The experience is enhanced through concealed and considered joinery solutions for storage, hydration, and changing facilities to cater to the functional needs of a wellness space.
