Driven by a passion for design excellence, our group was founded by award-winning architect Davina Bester in 2010 with the launch of Milieu Creative, an architecture and design studio with a commitment to creating bespoke, human-centred spaces.
Building on Milieu Creative’s design-led approach, Statuo was established in 2023, expanding our offering to include development and construction services. In 2025, Milieu Creative became part of Statuo, bringing our expertise together under one group and enabling us to provide integrated specialist services from initial concept through to completed building.
Today, Statuo delivers exceptional residential, commercial and mixed-use spaces across Perth and Australia, with a focus on creating places that contribute to the health and wellbeing of our clients and communities. By combining the expertise of our architecture and design team with our development and construction capabilities, we work collaboratively across every stage of a project to uphold craftsmanship, design excellence and a considered approach to delivery.
