Our design for Pitcher Partners’ city-centre offices reimagines the traditional workplace as a dynamic yet considered environment that supports connection, focus and adaptability. Guided by an overarching ambition to enhance everyday experience, the project strikes a refined balance between collaborative energy and quiet, contemplative space — a fitting setting for a modern professional services firm.

Design

At the heart of the interior is an open-plan hub that encourages ease of movement and interaction between team members, ideas and purpose. Casual meeting rooms are arranged around this central spine, creating a constellation of spaces that support both planned conversations and spontaneous exchange. Subtle spatial definition and visual continuity are achieved through elegant black partition frames with pinned glass, which demarcate zones without interrupting daylight or sightlines. This approach ensures that natural light permeates deep into the plan, sustaining a sense of openness and visual connection throughout.

The resulting workplace is one of clarity and flexibility — a place that fosters transparency and collaboration, while also providing moments of privacy and calm when needed.
