MinRes Air Terminal

Located within the Perth Airport precinct, our team partnered with Mineral Resources to design and refurbish a dedicated airport terminal exclusively for their employees. Working closely with the team at MinRes Air, our project vision was to create a seamless travel experience for employees moving between Mineral Resources offices and mining sites across the country.

At the heart of the new terminal design was a new food and beverage precinct, providing a welcoming space for employees to relax and recharge during their journey. The transformation of the terminal was complemented with the refurbishment of operational spaces, including existing administration areas and hangar facilities, designed to integrate functionality while ensuring a focus on employee experience.

Balancing practicality with comfort, the revived MinRes Air Terminal has been designed to meet the unique demands of employee travel to and from mining sites. The upgraded facility underscores Mineral Resources’ dedication to supporting their workforce, offering a modern, efficient, and thoughtfully designed space that enhances the travel experience.
