North Perth Residence - Statuo Group

Engaged to design, develop and construct this waterfront North Perth residence, our team leveraged interdisciplinary expertise to create a space that balances function with form in its transformation.

A new extension introduces a rooftop terrace with sweeping views of the Perth skyline, alongside a thoughtfully planned suite of spaces including a kitchen, living room, study, wine room, and a dramatic double-height lounge. Above, a cosy parents’ retreat encompasses a master bedroom and ensuite, offering a private sanctuary that, despite its scale, remains discreet from the street and in harmony with the neighbourhood’s character.

Privacy and natural light continue to guide the building’s façade composition, where aluminium battens cloak the upper floor and interconnect with sunlight over the course of the day to enliven the interior with shifting patterns of light and shadow.

In pursuit of long-term responsibility, this project has been designed and developed to achieve a 6-Star Green Star rating, with our development team maintaining stringent quality standards to ensure that sustainability is as integral to the home as its elegant design and considered materiality.
