Mineral Resources HQ

In 2021 our team was engaged by Mineral Resources to revitalise their headquarters, located in Perth’s industrial district, Osbourne Park. In collaboration with Mineral Resources, our vision was to set a new benchmark for workplace wellness by prioritising user experience and providing exceptional amenities, all while focusing on sustainability and innovation in the design and built form of the space.

With an ambitious 12-month project timeline, our team developed an architectural design bespoke to the wellbeing needs of humans in the modern workplace, with amenities including a restaurant, gym, yoga terrace, medical centre, crèche, and extensive range breakout spaces.

Harmonising the spaces is a tactile finishes palette, inspired by the adjacent wetlands which surround the site. Using natural materials including stone and textured leather, each space was designed to promote a calming environment with soft furnishings, local artwork, and ergonomic seating to create a home-like atmosphere.
