Inspired by a shared passion for design excellence, our group was founded by award-winning architect Davina Bester in 2010 with the launch of Milieu Creative, an architecture and design studio with a bold vision to create bespoke spaces that positively influence the humans they serve.
Extending this passion into built-form, Statuo Group was established in 2023 with a focus on extending the team’s design services into development and construction through a design-led approach that prioritises exceptional craftsmanship.
Today, Statuo Group proudly partner to offer a suite of end-to-end in-house specialist services across design, development and construction. Through this, we deliver timeless and intuitive residential, commercial and mixed-use spaces that shape the urban landscape.
